Last week I darted down to B-more to support my girl @iam_gabriellasymone as she promoted the Miss Full-Figured USA National Capital Region Pageant (@msfullfiguredncr). There were so many familiar faces there. I beat my mug in less than an hour or so. It was nice to be in community with folks that were showing love and supporting the contestants. Congrats to you, Gabby, for successfully putting on a wonderful event!

What a beautiful weekend spent being a judge at the inaugural @msfullfiguredncr pageant! Such an honor to be a part of this, thank you @iam_gabriellasymone for the privilege. You worked SO hard and so did your team and it truly showed this weekend. You are an inspiration to so many and are changing lives!

I was so touched and impressed by each and every one of the delegates— you all made my job extremely hard!! The passion & dedication everyone put into this was definitely seen & felt. I wish I had the chance to take more pics and video but… I was kinda busy lol 🤣 👑👑👑

On a personal note- being a part of this was/is super special to me. I grew up watching beauty pageants on television and I never saw myself or my body type represented so it felt extra special for me to be a judge in a pageant and organization that champions diversity and embraces fuller figures 💞
