Want to stand out at your next showcase?

Get faster so you actually have something to showcase.

Speed and power are qualities that diminish quickly when they aren’t trained consistently. You can’t expect to show up to a showcase and run your fastest, jump your highest, or move explosively if you haven’t been developing those qualities every week.

Strength helps build the underpinnings for power, but getting stronger alone isn’t enough. Athletes still need to sprint, jump, throw, and move fast. Don’t wait until showcase season to start training speed. Build something worth showcasing.

Another round of PR’s at ISP 📈

Our athletes continue to get faster and more explosive.

20–10 split times dropping.
Vertical jumps going up.

The goal is simple: keep showing up, keep training, and keep stacking progress.

Speed. Power. Performance.

New PRs across the board 📈

Our athletes have continued to make progress in their 10–10 sprint, 15–10 sprint, and vertical jump numbers.

The goal isn’t just to train hard — it’s to actually get faster and more explosive over time. Testing gives us an objective way to see if the work we’re doing is transferring to the qualities we’re trying to develop.

If you want to play college sports, you can’t wait until college to start training like a college athlete.

College athletes are consistently exposed to speed, strength, power, movement, and their sport throughout the week.

That development doesn’t happen from training once whenever you have time.

If playing at the next level is your goal, your preparation has to start matching that goal.

At ISP, we want our athletes training frequently and consistently so we have enough opportunities to actually develop—not just get a workout in.

You don’t rise to the level you want to play at. You prepare for it.

Want to play college sports? Start building the habits and physical tools now.
