@walmart CEO @furner says associates want to take care of customers. So why has my experience with Walmart been the complete opposite? I recently watched John Furner, Walmart’s CEO, talk about how Walmart associates want to take care of customers. I truly appreciate that message. But I have to ask: What happens when a customer needs help and the company doesn’t seem willing to listen? In February 2025, I purchased an @asus Vivobook S14 from Walmart for approximately $1,000. Less than two years later, the laptop suffered a motherboard failure and became unusable. I took it to Microcenter where I was told the motherboard needed to be replaced. They also expressed the view that a motherboard should not malfunction after less than two years of use. I then called Walmart customer service, hoping the retailer that sold me the computer would help me find a fair and equitable resolution. Instead, the representative I was speaking with disconnected the call. I then took the time to write a formal email to Walmart’s executive team, explaining what happened and requesting a reasonable resolution. As of today, I have received no response. Nothing. Nada. Bupkis. This is what makes the situation so disappointing. I’m not simply frustrated that a $1,000 laptop failed prematurely. I’m frustrated that my attempts to have a reasonable conversation with the company have gone nowhere. Mr. Furner, you speak about associates wanting to take care of customers. I want to believe that commitment is genuine. But customer service isn’t just about what a company says in a video, on a website, or in a corporate statement. It’s about what happens when something goes wrong. It’s about whether a customer gets heard. Whether someone takes ownership. Whether a company is willing to work toward a fair resolution, even when the situation falls outside its standard return window. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking Walmart to review my situation and consider a reasonable solution. If taking care of customers is a priority, shouldn’t that commitment extend to customers who have legitimate problems after the sale? Do the right th

How does a job start for 3D Printing? It start with the idea "would that be cool?" We're all just children making toys and costumes. Do your projects start the same as ours?

They have a lot of magic stock at microcenter and I’ve never actually bought collector packs at this price before so I was excited! Thanks @microcenter for the organized setup to sell + mitigating scalping so people can get affordable products. I wasn’t planning on going to get any and was just looking at keyboards and stuff today. They also have all the foundations commander decks too! I just forgot to get a pic! #mtg #magicthegathering #realityfracture #michigan I’m at the one in SE Michigan

Jamie claims he's from Europe but he's lying. He's never been to Europe. He's from the southern midwest. He only shops at Bass Pro. He only gets gas from Buccee's. He loves oil.

"Solo vamos a ver” 😂 Entramos a @microcenter sin intención de comprar nada… y 5 minutos después ya estábamos justificando por qué “sí lo necesitábamos”. 😅 El problema es que a los dos nos encanta la tecnología, así que ninguno ayuda al otro. . . . #CoupleReels #TechCouple #TechLovers #VidaEnPareja virycordero
