It’s true — I have always loved flipping through my record collection on Sundays and spinning them when I do stuff around the house or just lounge.

But I listen to Spotify every day of my life.

This is why I created @microdosinghypnosis - for folks to access the benefits of hypnosis with ease.

Even if you live in a loud house full of people, you can go in the bathroom for ten minutes and have an amazing result.

And then it’s like building a muscle. Because every time you continue to take 10 minutes here, and 6 minutes there, you are teaching your brain and body to enjoy and value and look forward to the next.

So even if if you never had a strong desire or interest in longer forms of hypnosis or meditation, you’re actually building the foundation to be able to participate in them by doing it at the micro level first

Become a member to my despensary and get access to 100+ micro tracks available 24/7 on demand, even without wifi!

When I make hypnosis tracks it’s like someone made a mixtape for your mind. That’s how I approach this work. I will never use AI to write or clone my voice.

Never imagined AI would infiltrate hypnosis so throughly but it has and it is. And I’ll be a craftsperson till the day I die, even as a hypnotist.

Me, making hypnosis tracks on a weekly basis for years? It’s a creative compulsion! It’s my mania! I gotta do it. It’s not about quantity or frequency. I want to do it, I am consistently inspired to do it. So I do it.

For you. 💚
