HUGE shout out to @midatlanticcc for having me out today for a little intro into FT. 🤙

Little warm up flow before teaching. I truly love teaching this stuff, it’s so cool to see everyone experience the feeling for the first time and hearing their feedback. Everyone’s experience is unique to them and the feedback is always different. We are all built uniquely and everyone’s perceptions tend to be different, but one thing remains, we are all built to heal, get stronger and do so together.

We are human together, or not at all.

❗️2 Years of Unrivaled Iron Gym❗️

It’s hard to believe 2 years have come and gone since we have opened the doors of Unrivaled.

Countless hours were spent on creating a culture, environment , and community of genuine members.

Members that pushed each other week to week, month to month, and now year to year…. And here we are.

It’s hard to explain the feeling you get when you walk in here, but like many say, you can “feel it.”

Thank you to every single one of our members for making this dream a reality. We owe it all to you.

Many years to come, more to build upon, and countless memories to make.

Be Unrivaled.

Our guest, Amir Rashidian, talks about a moment when he wondered if God or even his angels really hear our prayers. He wasn’t doubting; he was just honestly curious while reading the Bible.

Out of nowhere, his phone rang; it was his mom. And through that call, he heard the exact words he had just whispered in his prayer.

He believes that every time you call out to God, he listens more than we realise.

Hear from Dr. Amir Rashidian, owner of @midatlanticcc, on what it truly means to be a real man, not the one who drinks the most, but the one who refuses to lose himself in the process.

One night, he was at a bar with his roommate, drinking fast and trying to keep up. Then his friend slammed a shot and said, “A real man can hold his liquor.” Most people laughed, but Amir didn’t join in...

Instead, he said:

A real man doesn’t stumble when he walks.
He doesn’t slur his words.
A real man doesn’t give up on his dreams.

Dr. Amir Rashidian, owner of @midatlanticcc breaks down a truth most of us never learned.

It’s not the amount of stress in your life that hurts you…
It’s how much your body can safely handle.

If your tolerance is low, even small problems feel like they’re destroying you.

He wrote two books to help people understand this: The Stress-Proof Life and Cracking the Stress Secret.

At 9 years old, Dr Amir Rashidian saw something he’ll never forget.

A life slipping away.
Tears running down his face.
His heart racing.
And he felt completely helpless.

That moment changed him and shaped the person he is today.

👊🏼PUSH past limits, PULL for a purpose!

We are proud to announce our 2nd Annual ‘Health is Wealth’ PUSH PULL Charity Event!

SATURDAY JUNE 28th
9:00AM - 1:00PM

🧠💪💰HEALTH IS WEALTH is a friendly/non-sanctioned “Push-Pull” (deadlift and bench) competition for anyone and everyone who wants to compete and lift for a great cause!

The goal of the event is to spread awareness of mental health, with a special focus on first responders and what they deal with on the job.

Our efforts are to link exercise, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle as ways to cope with some of the mental struggles that these men and women deal with on the job.

This year all proceeds will be donated to the Frederick County Mental Health Association @mha_frederickcounty to specifically help our local first responders:
🚔 @frederickmdpolice
🚔 @frederickcountysheriff
