My therapist told me to make better choices, but she didn’t specify after 11 PM. @angaraindiancuisine takeout + @midnightcookie.to won. Don’t text me, I’m in a food coma.

A summer of toronto eats!

#torontofood #datenight #girlsnightout #queenwest #downtowntorontoeats

Go on Saturdays for live music

Whats a toronto day out without bubble tea

Still need to get my hands on an apple fritter...

Need to try their entire brunch menu

I think about this pasta a lot

Get the date night for two special!

The only reason I go into work

Love the rotating flavours

Do not be fooled, these were very strong

Who doesn't love a giant meatball

No words. 10/10.

Our family's go to

So nice I had to go back twice

Bring back the corn gelato!

Huge menu with so many different options 😋

Everyone was right, get the house made waffle cone

Worth the wait, trust me

And they warm up the cookie too 🥹

A Thursday night that started off with the intention of going to party ended up becoming a night for the books @416snackbar 🥂
Off Queen and Bathurst, this hole in the wall bar transports you to Brooklyn in the 90s, lit up by candles, random artwork and a simple but fun menu that calls for a memorable evening 🤩
They even have a DJ spinning tunes that added to the vibe 😍
The drinks were really affordable, between $9-12 on average, which is a steal downtown! 🤑 We went for Spritz to reminisce over the surreal summer we had, I got the Hugo Spritz ($11) while my friend got the Aperol Spritz ($11)
The drinks were refreshing, well layered and not too stiff which was great! (8.3/10) 🍹
For some bar grub, we got the Korean Fried Chicken ($11), which was the perfect protein packed bar snack that had a punch of flavour and was cooked to perfection! 🍗🤤 We enjoyed it so much we ordered seconds (8.4/10) 🤣
I overlooked another table getting Hot Towels, and so I requested some for the table as well, and it was just the icing on the cake for a spontaneous find that is definitely going to be one of my regular hangout/pregame spots in the city! ❤️
We ended the night off @midnightcookie.to , which is always awesome, and a detailed review to come soon, so stay tuned 👀

⭐ Overall Food Rating: 7/10

🤔 Final Thoughts:
The Pooks are always fans of a dessert spot that keeps the lights on late, and this tiny cookie shop brings a cool concept to the after-hours sweet scene, even with no indoor seating and very little room to spare. The cookies arrived thin, soft, and warm, giving them that fresh-out-of-the-oven comfort, but once the Pooks worked their way through the selection, the flavours started to blend together. Try one and you’ve almost tried them all, with the dough doing most of the heavy lifting rather than each cookie carving out its own identity. Still, when the late-night sweet tooth comes knocking, the Pooks will always respect a place that answers the door.
