“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

Philippians 2:9-11 NIV

“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” ~ Psalm 16:11

Words cannot express my gratitude for the Lord’s provision in my life. I came into this semester longing to find christlike fellowship but unsure where and what it may look like. When God led me to Midtown, I was in near disbelief at how tangible their love of Christ is and how effortless it was to find belonging. This retreat was a sweet reminder that our Father sees us and cares deeply for our hearts’ desires. He richly provides all that we need (Psalm 23) and works good through all things (Romans 8:28). There is unshakable JOY in knowing Him and placing your identity in Christ alone — a joy not bound by circumstance because it is rooted in the immutable character of Christ. What a gift it is to abide in this alongside each other!

“Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.” ~ Jude‬ ‭24‬-‭25‬

i will never stop talking about the beauty & grace of Jesus Christ my savior!

“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭37‬-‭39‬

the Lord has forever changed my life. nothing of what you see here is by my own doing & you can experience this divine peace & joy too! for the God of the universe, who sent His very own son to die for your salvation, wants to know you. He is knocking & calling after you; are you willing to open the door for Him?

It takes a village to address housing instability in our footprint! Shoutout to these summer supporters. We’re reminded of the gift of each and every donor and volunteer who makes this work possible year-round. Repairing existing homes is needed just as much as new builds to chip away at a multifaceted issue. Join us any time to use your gifts for compassionate construction!
