✨ And that’s a wrap on the Triangle Parade of Homes! 🏡

After three weekends of showcasing exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and incredible homes across the Triangle, the Parade has officially come to an end—but not before Choice agents got to experience some of its standout homes together!

We hit the road for our exclusive Parade of Homes Agent Bus Tour, bringing 100 Choice agents together for a day of luxury, laughter, and fun (think charcuterie, champagne, great tunes, and plenty of memories along the way! 🚌🥂).

Five stunning homes later, we had no shortage of inspiration (or content opportunities! 📸). We explored showstopping kitchens, dreamy outdoor living spaces, at-home fitness rooms that called for our best yoga poses, spa-worthy bathrooms that tested just how many agents could squeeze into one shower, and entertainment spaces made for gathering.

And that final house? Let’s just say it was big enough for our entire group photo… and possibly all of us to move in! 😂

What a day, what an incredible collection of homes, and what an even better community of agents. We’re grateful to be part of a brokerage where business, connection, and a little fun go hand in hand.

Until next time, Parade of Homes! 🏡✨

💛Huge thanks to our amazing partners for making this fun day possible:

This one won Silver at the Parade of Homes and first place in my heart.

1610 Brooks Avenue is absolutely stunning. The walnut cabinetry, barrel-vaulted ceilings, and courtyard had me stopping to look at every detail. One of those homes you need to see in person and then think about the whole way home.
