POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Tis the season! Time to focus in on the people you truly want to celebrate with. The ones you want to raise your glass to and run across the room to greet. The rest of them that are “cuspers”… you’ll share stories and photos on lunch break, in shopping lines, and on socials.
.
Not everyone has to be in that inner circle. Keep the ones you love close and make sure they know how important they are to you. It’s time well spent

Warm weather brings the tented weddings and open air dining. What a dream!
.
Even more to love when you have a space like Whistling Straits with an open air stone barn and attached Sperry tent for added space, brightness, and dance floor 😍
.
Take me back to the summer days!

Do you know what we put into this team?
.
This year we will execute over 50 weddings.
.
We trained 7 new planners.
.
We bumped up two planners to Senior status (more than 2 dozen events)
.
I spent time with each and every planner. We developed new templates and private time to continue our education.
.
Team members enrolled in added courses.
.
New planners trained and staged on different styles of weddings from Hindu to tented, fusion to private.
.
As we make our way into 2024 I know that what I want for our company is…
-Aligned clients to our personalities, style, and passion
-Quality over quantity
-Space and peace for our planners.
-Protection for client and planners alike.
-Continued education and growth into heightened experience.
-New and innovative designs
-Added avenues of Midwestern Bride
.
We don’t know the future but I certainly know our intentions. Cheers to all that comes!

We like to spoil our full plan clients and this year one of those special treats is the custom made welcome sign our lovely friends at @cedar_and_spice whipped up for us.
.
She’s cute.
She’s customizable
And she’s traveling all over the Midwest.
.
Just our way of saying “We Appreciate You”

What does it take to host a tented wedding?
.
Hold on folks, it’s another beast…
-Private property or site rental and city approval
-Enough real estate to host not just the size of tent needed but generators, catering tent, bathrooms, parking, cocktailing space, and often times separated ceremony space
-Flat space unless you’re investing in strata floor for leveling
-A call to diggers hotline to ensure you don’t hit anything under the surface
-A STELLAR vendor team who is knowledgeable and ready to work this out. There is no substitute for experience in this sort of execution
-A creative mind. You are constructing your venue from scratch. Much like building a home you are picking your flooring finish, your draping or wall coverings, and a MILLION more details.
.
The result.
An UNBELIEVABLE event!!!! The juice is worth the squeeze I promise but first… you’ll feel that squeeze 🍋😉

7 weddings in two days…
Are you ready for it?!?
.
This coming weekend is the busiest of our whole year and we have all hands on deck all weekend. We’ve got a wedding with a five planner team, we’ve got a planner with a double header weekend, we span three states, and every style imaginable. Prepare yourself. It’s about to get stunning.
