I don’t know about you, but I didn’t realize there were so many wineries right here in the suburbs! These little gems are scattered throughout the Chicago suburbs and @midwestwinetours has made it super fun and easy to hop around wineries for the day. My sister came along on this journey and we learned so much about how wine is made.

Here’s what you can expect on this tour:

📢 Please help me find Donna! This was the sweetest, most genuine interaction and I love when people say hi to me in the wild.
I was on a wine tour with @midwestwinetours so I had to quickly leave her to get back on the bus. If you know who she is, please tell her I say hi and thank you!

Monthly recap for May 2026 involves stuff you’ve already seen but all put together this time. Celebrated my 40th with friends and family, won an age group, won an overall race, and got to run with my friends along the way. Honestly, a perfect birthday month. Feeling grateful. 💜

Fairly tame update for March as I’ve just been hammering away at this brutal McMillan 10K training. Just a couple more weeks until the race. Also took an opportunity to attend the inaugural tour for @midwestwinetours which was an awesome time. Total miles for March was 99.4 which brings me to 275.2 on the year. Happy with that total considering the early injury & sickness. That said - it’s almost racing season! Let’s gooooooooooooooooooooo
