✏ Getting ready for back to school! . I'm back from my vacation and it's now 20 days before I go back to school so I wanted to update my first week of school stories. 🍎 Thanks to @toni_teaches for her tiktok recommendations of back to school books to read. . "Our class is a Family" by Shannon Olsen is a great book for building a classroom community and "School's First Day of School" by Adam Rex is a cute story showing how the school building feels on the first day of school. Love both of these stories and I can't wait to read them to my students. 📚📚📚 . What books do you read on the first day of school? . . . . . #ourclassisafamily #schoolsfirstdayofschool #bookstagram #teacherbooks #teacherhaul #teachersfollowteachers #teachersfollowingteachers #teacheronbreak #shopping #amazonfinds #kindergarten #kindergartenteacher #kindergartenclassroom #primaryteacher #firstyearteacher #chicago
