House. The granddaddy of EDM music. We wanted to take it back to the roots and play chunes that would have made the underground Chicago raves in the 80’s bounce, and my my my, Among Other Things delivered!!!!

We set out a vision for this event and with the help of all of our friends and family that pulled up, it’s safe to say we exceeded the goal!!!

The amount of love and support that you guys shared with us truly warmed our hearts and gave us a lot of inspiration!! Definitely stay tuned because we’ve got some other things planned for yall loading up… Among Other Things 😉

Heat on Beat Presents:

“Among Other Things”

In a city bustling with so many wonderful music events, ranging from techno, dubstep, UKG, Reggaeton, and everything in between, we decided to host an event to slow it all down and provide you with type of chunes and spins that started it all: good o’ll classic HOUSE music.

Two of our members, Tommy Lah & Aztecha, have teamed up to curate an event that will take place on October 10th, 8pm-1am at Bar Harmony in Northeast Minneapolis. If you like house music, tasty drinks, a night out on the town with your ladies or lads, then we’ll see you there! There will be all of the above … Among Other Things 😉
