Another unforgettable Maldivian Retreat wrapped up — this season’s Shark Expedition was a powerful and humbling experience.
We swam alongside tiger sharks, spinner sharks, white tips, nurse sharks, stingrays, pilot whales, flounders, eels, and more — all in their natural habitat.

What made it truly special?
Our participants didn’t just see the marine life — they learned to understand it.
Through close encounters, they observed shark behavior firsthand, breaking down fear and replacing it with respect and awe. It’s a completely different experience when you meet these incredible creatures on their terms, in their world.

He started City Dive: Basics of Skindiving with us more than a year ago already and pushed himself further by taking Line Trainings. This summer, he took his AIDA 2 course with our @seazonedcoron instructor @_mjricafrente and proceeded with his AIDA 3 this weekend.

Time flies so fast but beyond grateful about the growth we have brought Minco on his diving journey. He is now an advanced freediver who got so much more confidence going deep and being a safety diver to others.

His journey is an inspiration that anyone can be a freediver.
