Some of the best sips were some of the smallest most present and as they say sometimes some if the biggest gifts are wrapped n the smallest packages. Recognizing all this small things adds up to something big and instead of waiting for the biggest best thing to come along simple presence is available at anytime when one might choose.

Gracias @miinaschmitt para el momento en tiempo

A little glimpse into our past retreat in Denmark 🇩🇰❤️🌱

It’s hard to capture in three pictures everything that happens during a retreat, but these moments are a little piece of it.

Connection. Intention. Ceremony.
And the beautiful people who make the journey what it is 🌱

Grateful for every one of these moments 💛

A few weeks ago I went out for a girls date with some of my closest sisters… 🍷

As we sat at the table I was inspired to prompt a question to the group:

“What are we each celebrating in our lives?”

We took turns in sharing… some were celebrating abundance, others theirs relationship, a new home, thriving businesses, inner peace & harmony and even challenges.

It was so beautiful to be in a collective celebration of our own power & accomplishments. 💐✨✨

As women we are still re-writing stories of what we’re capable of.

We are still learning how to be in our power and hold it all.

We are still overcoming distorted imprints of jealousy & comparison.

So this is your loving reminder to celebrate the f•ck out of the women around you 🪭❤️‍🔥 #weareallconnected

Hack your aura! We have the hard data receipts to backup our claims on this stuff! Ascent and Nocturna will give your electromagnetic frequency (aura) a noticeable tuneup, and bring you back into harmony with your surroundings. 📷 @miinaschmitt

A little recap from 2025 🤍

Looking backwards I am always surprised how much can happen in 12 months. It definitely was a year of overcoming some fears and growing through it ✨

Starting the year in Guatemala with ending it in Austria with love a gratitude to life.

2025 was full of contrasts showing me that life is exactly what you make out of it 🌸

Some of my highlights ✨

• Visiting Tikal in Guatemala
• Hiking my favorite mountains in Austria
• Hosting 2 Women Day Retreats 🌹
• Launching @cielotierraa
• Teaching yoga in Guatemala and Austria
• Blissful time at a 1 week conscious festival with like minded people
• Christmas-Time in Austria 🎄

Trust your path 🤍

I am grateful for time.
For unlearning.
For not knowing.

For allowing creation
and the sacred unfolding.

Be nothing
~ move as everything.
