I'm so proud of my 1st Born and his completion of high school. You put in the work and you deserve everything your heart desires. Phase 1 (Cy Ranch) compete now on to Phase 2 (PV You Know). I am with you every step of the way and your DaDa loves you.

Man how time flies, it seems like just the other day I was changing your diapers, now you're working with hair on your face. I know we don't always see eye to eye but you challenge me to be a better father. Just remember on this journey called LIFE I'm always with you. Happy 17th Birthday Jr, aka Mike Mike aka Mfon aka Mike SkyWalker 🎉🎊🎁.

So proud of these young athletes for getting off to great start in giving back to the community!

Landen Anderson gathered his buddies to go above and beyond their usual hangouts and game time. He invited the guys over for pizza on the condition that everyone chip in and bring children’s books to donate to our #PushForBooks book drive.

Landen is just as passionate about helping the community and giving back to kids as he is is about sports and so great to see him organize an effort like this so quickly. These are upstanding young men, doing great things on and off the field.

BIG THANKS from Plus Education! We appreciate your donation.

If you want to donate books, a book subscription or a monetary gift to “Push For Books” benefiting Blackshear Elementary, please visit wendyrtilfod.com today!

Father and Son 🌹
INSPIRED BY @c.t.ali.fletcher
@sirlancealot82 & @tms_michael13
You two are crazy AF
But most importantly.
I was AGAIN, able to witness that:
Fathers LEAD by example.
TEACH from experience.
And will Compassionately LOVE their child.

Having the privilege of training both a father and a son in 2021 in a blessing. Not too many teenagers have a father willing to drive 28 miles for them to get their ass kicked at the “Change Factory.”

But you know what I say.

“Change happens when change happens.”

AGE: 14
HIS GOALS: INCREASE SPEED, POWER, EXPLOSION.
MY GOALS FOR HIM: SCHOLARSHIP, FINISH WHAT YOU START, EXPLODE, BE BETTER THAN LAST TIME.

2 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING YOU SEE. AND MORE!

When I met @tms_michael13 I already knew he was a winner that I wanted to see grow, polish his skills and make himself and family proud.

There’s a joy that comes with working along side humble individuals who understand in order to be better, you have to think better first, and your body will follow.

Michael has enchanted his athletic abilities since we’ve met. He’s been committed to each step of the process, giving more than what’s left in the tank!

Proud of you young man! Football will not define you, but you will define what it means to be a scholar, family man, athlete and leader.
