A heartfelt thank you to all the talented guest chefs, our wonderful guests and valued partners who made this special evening possible.

With Cloé Salzgeber as our wonderful host and the Knights Club Band providing the perfect musical atmosphere, the evening became a truly memorable celebration of gastronomy and connection.

What a view over Lake Lucerne from Bürgenstock Resort, yummy food creations & even better company with Larissa, Alex and my love at the 7th edition of Chefs United, Chef Wehrle & Friends!

Absolute highlight: Damián’s soufflé trio, chocolate, pistachio, and Grand Marnier. 🤍

The spa is an absolute sanctuary. Relaxing in the Eco Sauna on a rainy Sunday with views of the autumn leaves was the best reset.

Un lieu suspendu entre ciel et lac, où chaque détail donne envie de ralentir. ✨

Le @burgenstockresort est de ces endroits qui marquent les esprits. Un lobby spectaculaire, un feu de cheminée, une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac des Quatre-Cantons… et cette atmosphère absolument unique qui donne envie de prolonger chaque instant.

Et puis, il y a le spa. Iconique, vu et revu en images, mais qui dépasse encore toutes les attentes une fois sur place. C’est simple : c’est le plus beau spa que j’aie vu de toute ma vie. La vue, l’architecture, la sensation d’être seule au monde face à ce paysage… une expérience à part entière. 🤍

Le plaisir se prolonge au petit-déjeuner, entre douceur du réveil, belles assiettes et gourmandise, dans un cadre à la hauteur du lieu.

Il y a des hôtels que l’on visite, et d’autres que l’on vit. Le Bürgenstock fait définitivement partie de la deuxième catégorie.

After two decades dedicated to pastry and bakery I’m excited to take on a new challenge as Executive Sous Chef at Bürgenstock Resort.

Moving from pastry into a broader culinary leadership role is both a challenge and an opportunity — to learn, to contribute, and to continue growing alongside an exceptional team.

Proud to be working alongside Culinary Director Mike Wehrle and Martin Stein, and grateful for the opportunity to continue developing, creating and leading in such a remarkable place.
