🩰✨ This past Friday, I had the opportunity to perform with Rochester Adult Ballet Company in an intimate in-studio showcase featuring new choreography by company members.

As the founder of RABC and a member of the Artistic Advisory Board, it is incredibly rewarding to watch the company continue to grow and evolve while creating opportunities for adult dancers and emerging choreographers to share their artistry.

I was honored to perform in two of the evening’s four works and especially grateful to be entrusted with a lead soloist role in one of the pieces. There’s something so special about stepping into the studio not as a teacher, director, or choreographer—but simply as a dancer.

Thank you to the choreographers for sharing your vision, to my fellow dancers for your artistry and support, and to everyone who came to celebrate new work with us.

And a special thank you to my husband and my mom, who continue to show up, cheer me on, and support me every time I step onto a stage. Your love and encouragement mean more than you’ll ever know. ❤️

Sometimes I forget how much I love performing until I have the chance to do it again.

Thank you to everyone that came yesterday for the unveiling and grand opening. You are now in the inner circle.

The rain didn't hold back but neither did the smoke. The smoke was rising and the good times were rolling.

Books are open, send us a message to reserve your dates 📅

More to come...

Buffalo 2026.
This show was never meant to be an overall win.
It was a comeback & closure to a chapter in time that broke me.
The last time I competed in 2023 Buffalo. My whole mindset, attitude, behavior wasn't conducive for competition. I was pushing through a prep because I wanted to prove myself to everyone else in the Buffalo/Rochester bodybuilding scene. I wanted to be Rochester's first open wellness pro. Had to be.
And then - was not gracefully humbled when I took 4th. Out of 5 🤣

I suffered so many mental health challenges the following 15 months. I'll gladly share that chapter another time.
I gave up bodybuilding, I stopped lifting for the most part. Ate what tasted good, chased dopamine highs. Ended up 160 lbs and very out of shape.
It took a lot of Internal work to get my hormones in check; my body healthy & soul free.

When I made the decision to compete again in October - it wasn't to win a show or to become pro, or to take an overall. I just wanted to get back to what I LOVED doing. Pushing myself to a higher standard. I lost 42.5 pounds since October 30.

I can honestly say this was my best and easiest prep. I did everything right. And was SOOO happy with the package I brought tonight. Taking second place in wellness division.

But I am small. Standing alone. Stunning. But I am small with a lot of growing to do if I want to be truly competitive in wellness.
& I gotta be honest guys, I don't want to do that. Not now, at 35. And I am in LOVEEE with my petite stature. So I've decided to move back into bikini division & really have some fun with it & see where life takes me.

Today, brought me peace. And pride & joy & closure. I won't ever return back to Buffalo. It's time to move on from that era. But I am so grateful for the love, support, opportunity to do the things I truly love.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible for me. I'll tag everyone with show pictures soon.

It's not just firearms for us. We can handle anything you need cerakoted.

@allstartactical @mikecentola got his Ford Raptor radiator and intercooler cerakoted in a heat dissipating coating to help keep things cool.

Let us know how we can take your car, truck, motorcycle, or anything else to the next level.

My goal: a full pull-up. My reality: this modified version that’s teaching my muscles how to get there. It’s a reminder that strength ,like ballet ,is built layer by layer. Upper body work matters too, especially for dancers who want to move with power and control. 💛

What strength goal are you working toward right now?
