To the coaches who saw the passion, the drive, and the possibility in her. Who believed in her, loved her, supported her, pushed her, and never let her down. Every one of you has taught her something. You’ve challenged her, celebrated her wins, helped her through the hard days, and left your own mark on the athlete and person she continues to become.

It hasn’t always been easy, and hell, it hasn’t always been fun… But it has been worth it. There are pieces of every one of you in the athlete she is today. Happy National Coaches Day 🩷 #nationalcoachesday

🌎🏆 LEARNING FROM ONE OF THE BEST! 🏆🌎

We were SO lucky to have Cali Black Ops Coach Mike in the gym working with our team for an incredible stunt clinic! 💪💚💛

With multiple World Championships under his belt, Mike brought so much knowledge, experience, and talent to our athletes and we soaked up every minute of it!

But the BEST part?! He’s one of us! 🌰🙌 Mike is a Live Oak Acorn alum, Class of 2004! There’s something extra special about having an Acorn come back home and pour his experience into the next generation of Live Oak cheerleaders.

We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and push ourselves with one of the best in the business.

Once an Acorn, always an Acorn! 💚💛🌰

Thank you, Coach Mike! We can’t wait to have you back again!! 🔥

Spirit FX staff training 2026!!!❤️🇵🇷

Truly the most incredible experience. I am so honored and blessed to work with so many talented and iconic choreographers and coaches in this industry. I got to travel all the way to Puerto Rico, make lasting memories, create new friendships, and learn everything I can to better myself for this sport I love so much.

So ready to get started on this journey of being a travelling choreographer, and technical specialist. I can’t wait to work with different gyms, athletes and coaches from all over the world!🌎
