“I’ve never been interested in being invisible and erased.” – Laverne Cox

I had this AMAZING post typed out and I was trying to select all and copy to post to Facebook and my dumbass, accidentally deleted half of it. So I had to try and remember everything and my memory is 👎🏼 🥺 But hopefully you’ll read this whole post anyway❤️
Sadly, Instagram only lets me post 10 pictures, so head over to Facebook for all the pictures!

You know I ALWAYS have trouble picking pictures for these kinds of things because I’m ALWAYS taking pictures! Life is too damn short and I lived WAY TOO long before I truly got to be myself. Ever since I ”came out” as transgender, my life has changed in SO MANY ways! The BEST ONE, is that I’m ME! I’m TRULY ME! I don’t have to pretend to be something I’m not like when I did growing up. Not that I regret ANY of it, it’s just different. Because it’s like I WAS ME, BUT I WASN’T ME! It’s hard to explain to where it makes sense to someone that’s not in the LGBT+ community! I WAS NINE when I knew I was transgender, I just didn’t know there was a NAME for it. That’s ALMOST a decade of living a life, that WASN’T me! I never knew that I could truly be myself, I always cared about what everyone else thought, it wasn’t until I was in my late teens/ early 20s and I just knew, if I was going to continue to live. If I was going to stay in this world, I had to TRULY be me! I had to FIGHT! So I did and let me tell you, it was the BEST decision I EVER made. I felt/feel like i was/am actually LIVING instead of SURVIVING!

To be in the LGBT+ community right now, can be a really hard thing! It’s something that can be so draining, we find ourselves having to “sign off” or “take a break” because some of the stuff we see/hear it’s just like DAMN! It makes us so hurt, so angry, and we just can’t get all the words out to explain what we’re feeling! I’m praying and sending all the good vibes to EVERYBODY! I know this world can be unforgiving. It can be CRUEL! We’re not going ANYWHERE! We won’t be silenced, we’ll ALWAYS speak our truth! We have HID ourselves for YEARS and YEARS, some people even DECADES because of the FEAR!

#jakemiller #jakemillermusic #mybrotherandme it’s so crazy how my brother is one of Jake Millers good friends! I have always admired my brother and the music he loved including Jake Miller who he introduced me to (listening). Years later they actually formed a great friendship now I consider Jake Miller to be part of the family! Lol congratulations on his great success and thanks for always supporting my Brother, Jake, through good times and bad! - much love! -Justin @jakemiller @mikemorganj

They say friends end but family is forever... maybe because it has ily in it... to say I miss them is an understatement bc I miss them more than anything... their hugs and just be safe... I could never thank @jakemiller enough for bringing the best people into my life when I needed them most.. I love my family and would never trade them for anything in this world. I can’t wait to see them and hug them soon..
