We took a day trip as a team to Morro Bay so our Bakersfield crew could officially be introduced to the new studio. A few team members couldn’t make it—one was out sick, one lives in Florida and was traveling, and one quite literally turned around on the way because his baby decided it was time to arrive. Huge congratulations to Damian on the birth of his baby boy! Even so, the rest of the team made the trip and we were able to spend a beautiful day together—meeting our first official Central Coast team member, Samantha (more on her tomorrow!). We introduced the studio, walked next door to Scout, shared a meal, laughed, created, and spent time dreaming and discussing the vision for what we’re building on the Central Coast. It’s exciting to see it beginning to take shape. Charizma Co. 2.0 is unfolding. We’re incredibly grateful for everything happening with our Bakersfield clients this season, and we’re equally excited about continuing that growth both in our city and now in Morro Bay. Off to a great week with so many things in the works. Happy week, everyone.

32 weeks today and it amazes me how fast time is flying! To think our girl could be here within the next couple of months is crazy but we’re all patiently waiting for that special day to come. Every day I feel her kicks, all her stretches, even her little hiccups too 🥹 I spend moments wondering who she’ll look like, will she be stubborn like her daddy or have a little attitude like her mama.. Picturing her in all the cutest little outfits she’s been gifted by our loved ones and how my camera roll will be filled with her. I’ve also wondered if I’ll be enough for her. Have I healed and grown enough for her? Will I be able to give her everything I didn’t have? Stepping into motherhood is scary and overwhelming sometimes. Pregnancy can be really hard. But the moment she’s here, finally in my arms instead of the space I’ve held for her in my heart, it will all become worth it 💓 I will do everything I can to keep her safe, healthy & happy. Keep growing baby girl and we will see you soon 🙏🏼
