With all the hype surrounding the new Mike’s Red Tacos in Pasadena, I went in thinking there was NO WAY it could live up to the expectations. Well, I was WRONG! 🌮🔥

I was expecting the food to be overly salty or too spicy, but everything was seasoned PERFECTLY! And with all the different salsas available, you can customize the heat to your liking! 🌶️

We tried the birria tacos, quesadilla, nachos, and crunch wrap, and EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious! 🤤

But the star of the show for me? THE CRUNCH WRAP! 🌟 Hands down my favorite item of the day!

It’s not often a place lives up to this much hype, but Mike’s Red Tacos absolutely delivered! I already can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!

Officially open, and guess who just signed on as an investor? LeBron James. How we feeling, LA? 👑🌮 You’re going to want a game plan for your first visit, not just wing it.

🌮 How to order:
* Classic Birria Tacos: Start here to get the baseline before getting creative. 🥩
* Crunch Stack: This is what I got, and what I’d absolutely get again. 🤤
* Red Quesadilla: Same incredible flavor, but with an epic cheese pull. 🧀
* Birria Ramen: Sounds like a gimmick, but it’s the real deal. 🍜
* Loaded Fries or Nachos: Perfect if you’re feeding the whole table. 🍟
* Mini Churros: Grab these on the way out, not instead of dessert!

💡 Know before you go:

* Halal Certified: This matters to a lot of people here, and almost nobody mentions it! ✅
* Self-Serve Salsa Bar: Do not skip it—this is where the burrito gets interesting. 🌶️

@mikesredtacos has officially opened in Pasadena and it’s the perfect Taco Tuesday spot - just ask @kingjames! I tried a little bit of everything and they made it hard to pick a favorite. I get why they were named one of Yelp’s top 100 restaurants! Everything is so flavorful, the staff was EXCELLENT and it’s just an overall great vibe! Be sure to check them out!

Known for their slow-cooked beef birria made fresh daily, these signature red tacos are dipped in chili oil and grilled to crispy perfection!
