The flipping sisters have been flipping for 10 years! And as much as we wish we could flip 100 homes a year we can’t, patience is a virtue in this business…

Here’s a deal we recently closed in Scottsdale. 🌵

Making 6 digit profits, is not easy but it’s something we’re making over and over again.

CLOSED IN SEDONA 🌵🌅🧑🏾‍🩰✨

“Rental losses can’t offset my salary.”

For most long term rentals, that’s true. Short term rentals can be different. Many of my high wage-earning clients are buying these now.

Here is what typically needs to line up:

An average guest stay of seven days or less.

You participate, which can mean logging 100+ hours and more than anyone else, including cleaners and co-hosts.

Detailed records of your time and activities.

A CPA who knows this strategy well.

Get these right and an investment property can work harder for you than you might expect.

This content is for educational purposes only and is not tax or legal advice.

I can work alongside your team to make sure you’re winning. 🌸 The best of the BEST IN SEDONA is @mikestonegroup.

Couldn’t help myself. Had to FALL into this trend. In my new favorite place, our Airbnb home in Sedona.

I did this before I realized many used tricks like pillows, cushions and socks for sliding. 🤪

Videographer and giggler credit: My bff Mandy.

Book a stay with us at Doeller House and try it yourself then head to our hidden speakeasy for a toast!

FUNDED | Another masterful negotiation courtesy of @mikestonegroup in Arizona. 🌵🥂🪄✨

This morning I read @drgurner’s post, “Care deeply about your customers. Care deeply about your clients. There should be no one on earth that wants them to succeed with your product or services more than you.” I felt that in my soul.

This beautiful journey has brought so many wonderful humans into my life. I’m grateful in ways that cannot be properly expressed in the English language. I LOVE to see YOU win. That’s my job.

@stevenbillmas thank you for your trust. It’s an honor to watch you WIN. I’m happy to write some of those chapters with you. Cheers to many more!

YES YOU CAN 🪄✨

Some people think the Airbnb business died. It didn’t.

What died was the herd. The people who chase whatever’s hot, squeeze it, and disappear when it cools off.

What survives are the builders. The ones who can make a business work in any market, not just an easy one.

Here’s the truth nobody wants to hear: it takes time.

Consistency beats hype every single time.

When you find an opportunity that makes sense, don’t ask yourself how fast you can get rich. Ask yourself how long you can stay in the game. The people who show up looking for quick money always lose.

The people who play the long game are the ones still standing when everyone else is gone. Longevity wins.

Congratulations to Blake, here’s to another one! You lead in ways most people only dream about, and I’m honored to be part of these chapters.

Cheers! 🌸🎉

A room hidden behind a wall of books… give it a little pull and … Voíla! The Doeller House Jazzy Speakeasy.

The original owner of this home, Tom Doeller, was instrumental (see what I did there!) in bringing jazz to the Sedona scene. Built in 1985, this room is perfect for listening to tunes, having a cocktail, playing some chess and kicking back.

A perfect hidden gem, the speakeasy is one of our favorite parts of this vacation home.

Think you can find it?!

The truth is - you already have what it takes. It’s already within you.

You’re just stuck in the same patterns and limited ways of thinking that you learned throughout your life.

You’re in your own way.

But you don’t have to be.

Mike is a prime example of whats possible when you commit to the INNER WORK.

He’s invested in himself. Gotten the right experts in his corner, and has transformed his life forever.

He’s completely changed who he is as a person… and how he shows up in the world.

Mike provides a level of service that most people will never experience.

And the cool thing is… this is just the beginning. 🔥
