Today we went to the Museum of Illusions. We had to skip a few exhibits because of Mike's epilepsy & my vertigo, but overall we had a great time being goofy. Staff there is very helpful about taking pictures for you and showing you how things work. Go to the Food Hall first for 10% off, and if you're like me, get super excited about Creole food made by two Black women (4 Hens Creole Kitchen!)

I've never roasted garlic this way before, but the realization that it also results in garlic-infused olive oil that I can turn around and use to make my crostini was way too tempting.
The cloves get blended with a bit of oil to make a smooth garlic spread which I'm gonna mix with caramelized onions for a more savory dip on our Cheesegiving charcuterie board.
