I spend most my time at our newest location on Machinery Hill.

Oven hot, baked on the spot! We bake our cookies from scratch and serve them straight from the oven.

The SkyGlider is a must at the Minnesota State Fair.

My cousins @mikey.olson & @lucia_anderson both fly in from San Francisco to work the fair. I have over 20 family members that work every year!

My brother @sl1200 and I in front of our observation window. We grew up working the fair since we were tiny, and I’m so lucky to work alongside him every August.

What would I do without my husband @aidan.klimenko? He keeps me sane for the 12 days.

We have over 750 staff to help us get through the 12 days of the fair. These people are my everything ✨

My besties Peter and Linda from @saturdaydumplingco — the BEST modern Chinese street food you’ll ever have. So happy they are at the fair as a new vendor this year!!

It’s been an incredible 12 days at the Great Minnesota Get Together. I’m so grateful for my cookie family and can’t wait to reunite again next year❤️❤️❤️

SWEET MARTHA’S Merch Drop!!

For those of you that don’t know, my Auntie Martha started selling freshly baked Chocolate chip cookies at the Minnesota state fair in 1979 and now 40 years later we have over 800 employees and we make over 1 million cookies a day!

When the state fair was cancelled in 2020 and we were DEEP into quarantine, my cousins @mikey.olson & @jarolson and I hand tie-dyed over 300 shirts! See last video for proof (lol at my editing skills!)

Six years later, I had the pleasure of helping my family organize & produce this special collection including a limited edition @lcdsoundsystem collab t shirt and the coolest LL bean shorts from @petrifiedgood!

We are so excited to share these with you!

Shop the drop Thursday, Aug 20th at 10am CT. Portion of the proceeds donated to the @stpaulpubliclibrary!

Had to have my family’s chocolate chip cookies (@sweetmarthas) for a late night snack! Brought the ol’ truck from the ‘80s out of storage and made some merch for the occasion 🍪🍪🍪

@jiyup was my first work wife at my first big girl job when I moved to NYC. It was a real Devil Wears Prada kinda place, and without her (and our work hub @eontyrellhuntley), I would’ve been chewed up and spit right outta town. I was in awe of her quiet confidence, always chic style and unparalleled talent. She celebrated my kooks and championed my sense of self in a sea of conformity.

I was honored when she offered to make dresses for our wedding party 15 years later — to wear her art. It’s been amazing to follow your journey my Jiy Jiy, thank you for everything 🙏 @jiyup @verawang

This time last year, we kicked off a wedding celebration weekend in Minnesota for friends & family (what can I say, mom wanted a 4 day long party and I didn’t fight it). Like our wedding in Argentina, we asked friends to photograph the weekend — we got over 120 rolls back and it’s taken us a year to sift through. Will share over the next week, remembering moments of love during these wild times.
