A week ago I had no idea how to use my laser to cut custom leather patches - today I do! … kinda nerdy, kinda cool 🤓😎

It’s one of the coolest parts about building @fieldofprints_ … every new skill starts the same way - not knowing

It’s a special feeling realizing I can do something today that I had no idea how to do a week, month or even a year ago

Here’s to learning the next thing! 📚🧑🏼‍🏫 •

It’s not much but it’s honest work! 🧗🏼‍♂️

Put in the work the last few weeks to bring to life the most vast order to date for FOP in terms of variety of items ordered and fulfilled. This order included:
banners
hoodies
luggage tags
dri fits
flags
beach towels
fat heads
pin bags
back packs
and we were able to bring it all to life for the Legacy Baseball team headed to #Cooperstown

Big things to come for @fieldofprints_ … grateful for the opportunity from everyone! 💪🏽⚾️🏟️

Sometimes business moves fast. So fast that decisions start getting made based on pressure instead of perspective.

Behind the scenes of a coaching call with one of my student.

From where he was sitting, the answer seemed obvious. The workload is piling up, the team is slammed, so the next step must be to hire another person.

But the real question isn’t how many people you need. It’s how efficient your systems are.

Right now his current employee is operating at about 40% efficiency. Not because they aren’t capable, but because the systems around them only allow them to perform at that level.

If you hire another person into a broken system, you don’t get double the output. You just get another person operating at 40%.

So instead of adding headcount, we looked at the real opportunity.

Fix the systems. Increase the current employee’s efficiency to 80% or higher. Now when the next hire comes in, the structure already supports high performance.

Good leaders don’t just solve today’s bottleneck. They build systems that make the next level possible.
