A chill morning with family and friends, first look by the ocean with the sweetest fur baby, pristine details under the bright afternoon sun, Aloha everywhere, and an evening full of music with the most stunning SoCal sky. What an immaculate wedding day and night for A + M!

Over the past year, Wildwood’s very own @gregkochmusic has helped some lucky customers select their next axe. This fiery Gibson Custom Shop 336 ‘Lemon Burst’ is a product of that series and its new owner is still very much elated. The single-ply cream binding really makes that quilt maple pop! “She’s a beaut Clark.” .

Today’s RX Master Class was incredible. Students practiced over eighty postures to master alignment and hone their hatha yoga. Griffin answered questions about postures, breathing, diet, and meditation. According to John’s Apple Watch most people burnt over 2100 calories in today’s workshop.
If you missed today’s workshop you’re in luck. Griffin’s teacher Mary Jarvis is at Redux Yoga November 8- 12 for five days of workshops, long form classes, and training sessions.

Mary Jarvis’s Hatha Yoga Class is suitable for all levels of practice and all body types. The class offers deep insight and posture guidance. Instruction surpasses scripts and standard cues. You will learn how to properly align your body for maximum therapeutic benefit. Beyond learning how to correctly transition into postures, you will learn how to optimize your practice for your individual goals. You can expect to garner insight to the rationale behind the structure of the class and the relationship between postures. “I was at first intimidated that a master class may be for advanced practitioners. After swallowing my fears, I quickly realized a master class had nothing to do with my level of experience. I felt as if Mary were speaking directly to me. Her guidance demystified postures I previously thought were out of my reach. Mary’s brilliance is her ability to explain succinctly how to move into postures and how to feel amazing throughout the class. I left the yoga room with a better connection to my body and a love for my practice. Would I call her a wizard? Maybe. Mary’s guidance has accelerated my progression through postures and helped me realize my athletic potential. A master class is like fully charging your batteries. I am forever grateful to learn from Mary and her over thirty years of teaching experience.” - @shannytown
