2026 in Review:

This year featured the largest lifeguard staff that Loch Arbour has had in years (likely ever). We held the Third Annual Intersquad Tournament, and the Second Annual Loch Arbour Lifeguard Awards.

There were many rescues performed, medical emergencies handled, and countless preventative actions taken to ensure a smooth beach experience.

None of this would be possible without our incredibly talented crew who showed up day in and day out ready to help. So, thank you so much to all of them for all their work this summer and good luck with their pursuits this offseason!

See you in 264 days!

Last week our lifeguards competed in the Third Annual Loch Arbour Intersquad tournament. The roster was split in half, leaving two teams: Uncs vs Nephs. Team Uncs was captained by Kevin Novobilsky and Jack Messick, while the Nephs were lead by Gavyn Lynch and Mikey May. Team Uncs won the tiebreaker event and left the Neph captains ice cold (last slide).

Thank you to all the guards, current and former, for competing and all the families that came down to watch! Until next year…
