Grateful for some much needed rest and recharge this week. As a music therapist and sound journey facilitator, I’ve learned (and continue to learn) the importance of giving myself the space to recharge and reconnect. Taking this time is essential for me to be able to hold space for others through sound and music. I continue to be inspired by nature’s symphony — the rustling leaves, the wine, gentle waves, and calming stillness all reminding me of the power of sound to heal. A heartfelt thanks to Mikey and Kristen for hosting me and providing the perfect space to reconnect and refocus. Men in your 40s and 50s …… it ain’t over! You are not meant to be tired, you’re not meant to be broken or constantly in pain and you’re not meant to be weak. Take control of your situation and put some time and energy into your health and well-being. Never use age or the word “old” as a container for your ambitions or an excuse for your laziness. You are capable of greatness you just need a catalyst. I go on about how strong the women I train are but don’t let me leave out the fellas. These dudes are savages 🦍. Let’s go 👊🏽.

Aren’t you guys just all hardcore? Hard to explain what we do because every aspect of your life is considered in your movement prescription. You are as unique as your fingerprint and so should be your health and fitness routine. If you require optimisation of performance you work according to the task. If you are a high performer that’s stressed you require neural regulation in your approach. If you’re in pain or have imbalances, injuries or genetic conditions you need dosed specifics that are corrective and nurturing. THIS is what we do. You don’t have to be an athlete to qualify. Our tribe varies from 10 years of age to 82 years young and regardless of their experience every single soul is inspirational in their ambition and consistency. Our tribe is authentic, encouraging and kind. Collectively we will always succeed because we are a family with a focus on relevant education and longevity that always keep each other accountable. Celebrating 40 years of existence on earth today! I'm feeling great, alive, well and excited for the next decade of life. 03.03.1982 Place of Birth: Geneva Switzerland Reflecting on the last 10 years of life, I'm so greatful for my journey, and all the achievements, learnings, life hacks, lessons, travels and amazing people in my life. My journey and connection to the Alps has been profound, life changing and almost took my life 11 years ago. Surviving an averlache gave me so much perspective and insights to life. I am forever grateful of this profound experience. As a birthday gift to myself I'm planning to print & frame some of these photos of my first and only shoot snowboarding in Switzerland, palace of origin. These photos are a beautiful representation of riding a decade through a transformational journey of ups and downs. Capturing my essence with my elements. Just when I feel I’ve totally rebirthed myself, I’m presented with a new birth canal to gracefully move through.🖤 ⠀ ⠀ Just when I feel like I’ve got comfortable seeing the beautiful views from the top of the mountain, I receive a call to walk down to the bottom, & start again. ⠀ ⠀ Only this time, the message is to TAKE IT ALL TO THE NEXT LEVEL ✈️🚀🪶🏔 ⠀ The call 📞 is not to just get to the top & enjoy the beautiful views, but rather to spread our wings so that together we can all fly beyond the heights that we have already reached. ⠀ ⠀ And this weekend, on one of the most nourishing, nurturing & deeply connecting 3-day retreats of my existence, in preparation to host my own upcoming 4-day retreat, the directive that I received 2 weeks prior, was AFFIRMED. ⠀ ⠀ It was time for MORE! ⠀ ⠀ ✧More LOVE. ⠀ ✧More COURAGE. ⠀ ✧More TRUST. ⠀ ⠀ ✧More EXPANSION. ⠀ ⠀ ✧More PRESENCE. ⠀ ⠀ ✧More DIVINITY. ⠀ I’ve had some 🔥defining moments in my life that involved drawing on COURAGE in ways I didn’t know existed within myself. ⠀ ⠀ And 2 weeks ago, it was no different. ⠀ ⠀ I was called to TRUST in ways that had me asking the question “Are you sh*tting me? Is this ACTUALLY FOR REAL?” I was called 👇 ⠀ ✨To IMMERSE MYSELF FURTHER IN THE MYSTERY. ⠀ ✨To COMMIT EVEN MORE WHOLEHEARTEDLY. ⠀ ⠀ ✨To DEEPEN FURTHER INTO ALIGNMENT. ⠀ ⠀ ✨To HARMONISE MY ENERGIES EVEN MORE!⠀ ⠀ ✨And to bring forth MORE.PARTS.OF.ME > ⠀ And although through it all, I’ve had to deal with low vibrational communications that I am not available for. ⠀ ⠀ I stayed true to myself & my path ❤️ ⠀ >My directives are clear. ⠀ >My boundaries are clear. ⠀ ⠀ >My choices in life, business, & relationships,are clear. ⠀ ⠀ I’m not a pleaser. ⠀ ⠀ I’m not a rescuer. ⠀ ⠀ And I’m most certainly not interested in sabotaging my ability to be of the highest service,by choosing to take on the unhealed wounds of others. ⠀ I’m a woman who landed on planet Earth in 1982 human time, walking the path of being & doing what she’s been called to do, with excellence. ⠀ And although whenever I take myself to spaces of safety, & I’m received with the deepest of love, respect & presence, am seen, honoured, held & appreciated… CNTD IN COMMENTS 👇

2021 went like... A year of lockdowns inspired us to explore our local surroundings and get creative with restrictions. Lots of adventures, epic parties, amazing people, new friends, intimate events and ceremonies. Blessed and grateful for the life I live and all who share this frequency of rich simple pleasures.
