The stigma is so loud around depression and excessive social media use and it impacts mental health. This project uncovers what it is like to struggle and how one can find strength in getting help and support.

Also as we filmed, I realized how storytelling is about connection, conversation and breaking the silence around what truly matters. Full version available on YouTube and Vimeo 🎞️✨

This is a glimpse behind the scenes of After the Dusk (2025), my first short video project as a director. Filmed in NYC with incredible team and driven by purpose to raise awareness around depression and excessive social media use on our mental health.

This project taught me that storytelling is all about connection, conversation and breaking the silence around what matters. Streaming on Vimeo and YouTube. Comment “See” to watch the full video 🎞️✨

“IDLES: Before Caught Stealing Release”

Like many of you, I saw the payphones going up in NYC. I put a poll of which one I should go to last night and arrived at the winning choice at 12:40 pm today (Last photo).

What I didn’t know was that at 1:00 pm @idlesband would send a text to fans letting them know to come to the payphone for a chance to win tickets tonight.

The same band that invited my nephew Ash to play Samaritans in Sept 2024 at Forest Hills.

It was a great day interacting and photographing IDLES fans and watching their excitement as they ran and biked off with a secret code for a chance to see them live tonight and hear the new album for the @caughtstealingmovie

Forever grateful to be a part of this day.
Tomorrow I’ll share black and white and pick a song off the new album to celebrate those legends.

Beyond the Filter with @mikhailandersson
A very talented photographer and tattoo artist! In this episode we touch base on many topics but I think my favorite topic was hearing about Mikhail’s experiences as a new business owner and entrepreneur when he was first starting off. This episode is definitely an inspiring one for those of you who are thinking of starting a business! ❤️

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬🧥🚖
During the mid 1950’s i lived in the south I couldn’t stand the hatred , and the small town didn’t fit me. As I see people in the south pass by with life packing bags and hopping in their Ford model T to start over. I thought to myself life has to be more than this..I have to get out of here! Maybe New York City will be the next best thing for me. So what did I do you wonder ? I packed my purse I didn’t want to bring anything from my past with me and I hopped in a taxi that said next stop New York! Good bye Birmingham

Thank you so much to the team for all the help! I truly truly appreciate it you guys did more than I can ask for💗
