Gjerne del videre🧡🙏🏼 ————————— Hey!👋🏼 I am moving back to Oslo from October until January and I want to organize my own weekly dance classes! I teach beginners, dance enthusiasts, and professionals depending on who is interested in coming to my classes🌟 I mostly teach improvisation, floor work, easy acrobatics plus some contact improvisation & partnering. As for improvisation I try through simple exercises to create new pathways in our movement patters as well as making more of our natural movement accessible to us. With floor work and acrobatics my motivation is to build up strength but more importantly create seamless transitions in movement between different levels in space. Alongside this, I play with techniques from other styles such as hip hop and house to build up coordination within improvisation and contemporary dance. In the short time I am in Oslo I want to build up a little community of dance lovers who wants to take affordable classes!🌼 If you are interested in joining my classes, send me a DM!🫶🏼 PS. Please share💛🙏🏼 Music: @mikvanboxtel Footage: @annikaklngnbrg

A few snapshots from visitors to the presentation and live performance at @leeszaalwest a few weeks ago. The @codarts_composers students did a great job creating five new soundtracks for my films. Was especially fun showing a student film from 2006 (almost 20 years old!) that I made originally in time to the Beatles' Tomorrow Never Knows, and was ever able to show before. Also my first time presenting in Dutch, for better or worse. First image by Remco Mackenbach, second by Noa MacDonald, third by Mathieu Wijdeven. Co-organized by @j.amador.v and the students participating were: Marco Cordioli, Weronika Kuffel, Agamemnon Maziotis, Javier Rodriguez, Mik van Boxtel, Simone Faro, Nilo van Kralingen.
