SOFT EVIDENCE 18.09. – 30.10.2026 Opening: 18.09. · 18–22 Uhr Artists introduction 1/2 „Soft Evidence brings together artistic works that reveal something without fully disclosing it. Fragments, shifts, barely readable images and materials point towards something that can no longer be reconstructed with certainty. The “Soft” in the title doesn’t only describe something fragile: a surface has to give way, absorb pressure and allow itself to be changed for a trace to emerge at all. When does a change become a trace – and what can still be read from it?“ Design: @dancepartyy

SOFT EVIDENCE Eine Gruppenausstellung 18.09. – 30.10.2026 Opening: 18.09. Soft Facts Opening: Friday 27 June, 7pm In response to this year’s 48 hours Neukölln festival theme, „What the Fact? Between Truth and Perception,“ the exhibition highlights aspects of reality that are often overlooked due to being considered subjective, emotional, or vague. While hard facts are considered fixed and measurable, soft facts are fluid, context-dependent, and often invisible within conventional systems of validation. Soft facts include impressions, moods, and atmospheres, as well as implicit cues, social tensions, and power dynamics that shape how information is received and interpreted. Though not quantifiable, these elements deeply influence how we navigate meaning, authority, and belief in everyday life. Rather than seeking factual certainty, the works in this exhibition explore how truth emerges through perception. Who is speaking? Under what conditions? What makes something feel real? Here, softness is not viewed as weakness, but rather as a means of observation and a sensitivity to the subtle forces that define how reality is experienced. Mila Asmira Mazo Cano: @mila.asmira Luka Naujoks: @lukanaujoks Sieglinde Obexer: @lindivongorneg Lotta Stubenrauch: @lottastubenrauch Great thanks to Lotta Stubenrauch for making this all happen!
