𝗗𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗱𝗮𝗴 𝟮𝟮 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 - 𝗠𝗗𝗧 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗸𝘂-𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗲 𝟮 🌹

An eventful year. Stopped working fulltime, started studying full time. Lost loved ones but gained new friends along the way.

Became a part of the @scnowruz family and we did something incredible in Colombia with @ninos.del.futuro and @makeakidhappy.

We’ll be doing something awesome that’s close to home for me this december and I’m feeling blessed to be a part of it❤️

Chose to step away from the deck and step more into other ventures. Difficult decision, but the right one.

Life’s looking up. Here’s to 29❤️

Directed the aftermovie for @lagolagofestival 🎬

What a ride. A heatwave, a storm, broken ACs, a cyber attack, and a whole lot of sweat... but we pulled through.

Massive thanks to the killer crew and everyone who danced through it all. Enjoy the movie! 🔥🌪️

We introduce @milantomasz

Milan Smit is a Rotterdam-based cinematographer with a strong foundation in lighting and a keen eye for visual storytelling. He began his journey at the Willem de Kooning Academy but left early to fully dedicate himself to cinematography. After completing a lighting course at the Nederlandse Filmacademie and an internship with Eugene Sprik, Milan spent several years in the lighting department, honing his craft. This expertise shapes his approach as a DOP, allowing him to collaborate closely with directors to create distinctive visual styles for each project.

Milan has worked with top brands such as LG, Heineken, Bonne Suits, and MediaMonks, and his works have screened at prestigious festivals like IFFR and NFF. His notable works include Greetings from Wormhole 61 (IFFR 2023), Kill the Baby (NFF 2023), and English Breakfast (NFF 2021). In 2024, he won Best Cinematography at the 48 Hour Film Project Rotterdam for Een Golf (produced by So-We).

One ball, some lights, people, music and good vibes: a field and a night full of connection. Big thanks to @tjmayimona and @urkelshounen for setting the tone that night. Legendary.

This is a testimonial to my trip to Colombia - Medellin, La Honda. If I had to describe this trip in one word, it’s gratitude.

Super proud of everyone and I’m thankful of the friends and family members made. Not just an experience, not just a memory, this will stay with me forever.

Gracias por todo La Honda❤️

Special shout out to @scnowruz, @ninos.del.futuro and @makeakidhappy‼️

Somos El Futuro❤️
