The new @rollerblade Lightning TRS has landed at @beehiveskateshop ! This is the same Lightning boot that skaters have come to know and love over the past couple years, set up on 4x80mm wheels in a vibrant retro colorway that harkens back to Rollerblade’s origins. This 165mm mount boot can be adapted to fit any recreational mount frame on the market, providing a fun and colorful boot option to pair with your favorite frame & wheel combo.

We also received a restock of the Twister 90R and Twister XT Black & Red for all you skaters out there who might be looking to upgrade to a more intermediate level urban skating setup for the autumn skating season.

Just a reminder: if there’s a size or colorway (or any product) that you’re looking for but you don’t see it on our website, we can always place special orders for anything that is available from the brands that we carry. We would be happy to help you get set up with your next piece of dream gear.

As usual, please reach out to us with any questions, and otherwise come by to try some skates on and find the perfect fit! Thanks for supporting your local skate shop 🫶

Many of you have recently reported sightings of a mysterious Wizard along our little stretch of South Broadway. We really have no clue what this legendary & enigmatic character has been up to, other than foreshadowing the arrival of the new @wizard.skates complete frame sets here at @beehiveskateshop 🔮 👀

We are quite stoked to welcome @wizard.skates to the hive! We just received a shipment of the new NR (Natural Rocker) & PR (Progressive Rocker) frame sets that now come complete and ready-to-roll with Wizard wheels and rustproof bearings. Each frame is available in four different sizes, offering a proportionally balanced skating experience based on the size of a skater’s foot 🦶

If you’re looking for a good big-wheel option for your UFS boots for fun & playful urban cruising, or want to hone-in on skill development & creative skating, come swing by the shop (or visit our website) to check these things out! As usual, feel free to reach out with any questions - we are here to help!

Skate on, Skaters!

I wrote a new blog yesterday and here it is in a nice carousel for you to read so you don't have to do allllllll that work of following a link. It is in my bio though if you wanted to know.

TW for this one. I delve into the Cornell Rape Case from 2024 and then pivot into my usual of what I've been up to, eating, doing etc.

It felt good to write.

Love you! Thanks for reading! Find the link in bio for previous blogs!

Congrats to @adambazydlo for taking the win and skating cleanly allll day and props to @zacksavageee for sending that 5 another time on the bruised heel. Those landings were brutal but the style was always 🔝
