Chasing Trinidad 🇯🇲

Sharing one of my favorite moments from Goodwill.

Swimming the breaststroke leg of the 15–17 Girls 200m Medley Relay with @vickyyy_2707 Victoria van der Leer, Renae Chung @yh.itsrenae and Zuri Coke @zuri.coke , I loved being part of a race where we stayed right with Trinidad & Tobago and kept chasing all the way to the finish.

Chasing Trinidad 🇯🇲

What does it feel like to be in the middle of one of the most exciting races of Goodwill?

Mariah Paulfrey takes us inside Jamaica’s 15–17 Girls 200m Medley Relay, where she joined Victoria van der Leer, Renae Chung @yh.itsrenae and Zuri Coke @zuri.coke in a race that stayed tight with Trinidad & Tobago all the way through.

Jamaica earned silver in 2:06.08. In this interview, Mariah reflects on the moment behind the medal the chase, the teamwork and why races like this are the ones she loves most.

Hear Mariah tell the story, then see the moment unfold in the full relay.

One More Time Fellas❕❗️❕

We owe it to ourselves to be the best version of ourselves. We know more now than we did in our Teen-20’s so what’s stopping us from getting it back 1 more time 😤

Being a dad in my 30’s I want to be in the best shape of my life for my family so I’m going after it! If you’re with me let’s lock in and chase it together!

3 sprint coaches walk into a garage gym…

They talk sprint and hit PRs 🤝🏼

As if we hadn’t pushed too hard this week already we finished off with some heavy Deadlifts and good vibez 🚀🤙🏼

As always thanks @majorfitness_global and @polardiveusa for setting me up with the best equipment to keep pushing harder and having fun with the crew 📈

A big step forward. 💥

New Personal Best in the 200 Breast!

Dropped 8.00 seconds from my entry time and finished with a 2:43.61, moving up from 32nd seed to 25th place.

The early mornings, hard sets, and staying patient through the process are paying off. This is just another milestone on the journey more work to do, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

On to the next race.
