Oregon is beautiful, but after hiking about 24 miles in two and a half days, my legs welcome a rest.

The dude, Alysa’s other half, Chili Verde for short, aka Miles!

He’s the drive and passion. The Mario to our Luigi. He’s the leader of the bunch and he wears it well. 🤌

His compassion for others is strong. He learns as one who serves others around him. His strength lies within the God he serves and he’s happy to share that with everyone!

Everyone knows him as Miles, but say hi to Señor Chili Verde!🙏

Luchetah never found her people
After being taken so young.
Returned home she kept Wawalanowa
Land of the Paradise Trails
As the family home it is.
I often feel like Luchetah.
Will I find my people?
Will the deep wounds forever
Fuel the drive to keep searching?
Season after season of travel
Will I ever find my home?
Or am I already home?
Within myself

Just some clips strung together of some of our Yosemite trip! This video starts at the swinging bridge, which I believe was in Wawona. The next location is the Mist Trail past Vernal Falls and up to Nevada Falls. Then ending at Wapama Falls in Hetch Hetchy.

@stjoestoryco is a new bookstore downtown in St. Joe. It's such a nice little spot and is always full of people every time I stop by. I'm one of those people who always have to buy a couple books when I have a pile of unread ones on my bookshelf. ... Speaking of which... I need to make a new bookshelf...
