“This journey has been turbulent, taxing, even transformative but most of all, it’s been worth it.”
From hiding dry, flaky skin in high school to battling severe flare-ups in college, I’ve learned that healing isn’t always linear but it is possible.
Opening up to my closest friends changed everything. That moment sparked a shift from suffering in silence to sharing my truth and helping others do the same.
Through gut healing, lifestyle changes, and leaning on my faith, I’ve made real progress. I still have tough days, but I created @battlingpsoriasis to show you that you’re not alone. Healing takes time but every step forward is still worth it.
