After premiering at Tribeca and not finding the right distribution partner, filmmakers @skipmccoy @rickycamillerinyc @wgpictures @milespskinner carved their own innovative marketing and distribution strategy, which has created cult fandom and a 16+ week theatrical run. (Check out @bboymalone212 )

‘Our Hero Balthazar’ is an exceptional film, in the tradition of my favorite movies, that alters your view of institutions and the deep responsibility we have for each other’s well being. It’s funny, sad, shocking, and indie AF. I hope anyone who loves film and appreciates its cultural influence, or anyone who needs proof that there are young actors out there who are as good as the hallowed greats, watches this movie in a theater.
