Just keep swimming 🥰

Today, I learned how to train my mind over my body, to be present and just enjoy the process. I had a long day yesterday and slept super late. I still woke up early & finished my morning routine.

“I want to sleep more!” “just swim next week!” “There are still backlogs at work” - these are some of my thoughts.

I packed my bag, did some errands, then straight to the pool. I had to keep doing pranic breathing so I can have more energy.

Then the moment I dipped in the pool, I said “ Ah good thing I showed up” ( pero tagalog talaga 🤣 Hay buti na lang pumunta ako)

Life can be hard, same as swimming. All we need to do is show up, and we’ll be surrounded by the right people and the right situation.
These encounters will help shape us into becoming better than we were yesterday.
