As I’m writing this, i still haven’t fully realized that my time playing softball is officially over. There was never a time where i didn’t have another game, until now. The past 4 years of Madison Central softball has taught me so many lessons that i’ll cherish forever, but has given me more friendships than i could ever imagine. All i’ve ever known was softball. All i’ve ever known was coach hall, second base, ribbon, dirty cleats, eye black, drumming, and the best teammates. Closing this chapter of my life is truly the hardest thing i’ve ever had to do, but i’m so thankful for the teammates and best friends that i got to do it with. This season was everything i wanted and more. I’m so grateful. Thank you madison central softball 🤍🤍🤍🤍

i didn’t think i’d ever be able to find the words to describe this feeling. what has been my whole life for the past 13 years finally came to an end. i am so incredibly proud of this team for going out with a bang. what was supposed to be just a game quickly became my second home, my second family, and a huge part of who i am today. although it is a bittersweet ending, i couldn’t be happier with what we have accomplished. mchs softball has given me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and countless lessons. thank you for shaping me into the person i am today. and to my teammates, thank you all for making this such a hard goodbye. i love you all forever & ever #15out ❤️💙
