This was special

I remember getting caught out on how I would say I would do something but would never act on it, I didn’t want to be that person

Months and months of hard work had gone into this, all this time used to better myself rather than think of an excuse to not do it

I owe so much to this sport, it’s given me a superpower of fulfilment that I never knew could be obtained

141.01 kilometres ran, 21 laps completed, mentally there until the end, not once did I think I was going to quit in the chair

My last lap was just full of smiles, happiness, tears and gratitude that I am even capable of being able to do this

I shared some time with some amazing people, all with there own reasons for tackling the very same loop on repeat

A massive thank you to all that came to support, all the comments left on the tracking link, I heard every name call and cheer and read every comment

A massive thank you to my crew, without these guys I wouldn’t have been able to go as far, they kept me fed, rested and watered without me having to think, I owe this achievement to them

And a special thank you to @jihye_sohn.92 , even though she couldn’t be there on the day, she was with me for many of them loops, and knowing she was sleepless until the minute I was finished and safe, I know she’s a real one

Thank you to @challengerunning for hosting the event and @benroakephoto for the photos

Now we start back at Lap 0

Premiere night for The Intimacy Coordinator and what a night it was.

A packed screening, a fantastic response from the audience, and a brilliant atmosphere throughout.

What really struck me watching it was something quite unusual — it felt like I’d already seen the film before. Then I realised why… I had experienced it in the script.

That’s a real testament to Louisa Connolly-Burnham’s writing, So clear and visual that what you imagine on the page translates almost exactly to what you see on screen. As someone who works in design and build as well as acting, I recognise how rare that is. To hold a vision and execute it so precisely.

A joy to be part of it, and great to celebrate with such a talented cast and team.

Onwards 🎬

A special shout out to the very talented @millenwsn, thanks to her , I got a role in this fabulous production

Can I say Fuck on here? A tale as old as time, lacking motivation and STOPPING ACTING! My confidence has dropped… again… and I’m scared but I’m working on it. To get back into the flow of creating, here’s some bloopers of a monologue I wrote and filmed today

Audition, Self Tape, Audition, Self Tape… sweat, curl hair, costume choices, backdrop, location!!

We all take a self tape or audition no matter where we are! My favourite location so far has been Bali, sending off a self tape in my holiday clothes (I picked a suitable item), with my frizzy humid hair that could not be tamed and hostel backdrop was a bit scary! I thought that everything had to be perfect, but I have come to learn I really don’t think it matters! As long as you are clear to hear and picture perfect with your lines nailed and your performance memorable… it doesn’t matter where you are in the world.

A personal development… not as much nervous sweating while auditioning. I used to be SO nervous to even film a self tape incase it wasn’t perfect, but are people really looking for perfection or are we to perform what’s real?? And yes I still use IMovie. 💻📱🎧

I rate this one : 8 / 10
Americana, Tropic, Florida, Barbie vibe 🇺🇸👙🎂

I have just stumbled upon a treasure trove of archive photos from past photoshoots. I would create a questionable outfit and have questionable and artsy ideas of what looked cool (usually Tumblr inspired) and I’d run with it.

This photoshoot was such a fun one and my friends were my biggest support system!! They let me use their houses, gardens, tennis courts, farms, cameras and so much more! And thank you to my muse, girl I made you do some crazy things.

I need to know what obsession I had with these cakes? Why is she holding a giant cake!

14 year old me. This girl wanted to work in Fashion so bad… but she always wanted to be an Actress. So naturally she’s an aspiring Actress who works in Costume and Wardrobe! I loves these pics, she was such a cool girl 📸

A very quick turnaround on this one from @jgugenheim and I! I wrote the script on Saturday, prepared on Sunday and Jeremy filmed / edited on Monday! 🏆

My confidence in my ability grows everyday. A little bit everyday. Thank you @jgugenheim !! 🎬🍿
