My album “I Spoke With Aunt Nancy…” is out now 💿💿
..
Since liner notes aren’t a thing anymore, y’all get my thank yous on an IG Post.
..
I wanna start out by giving a huge shout out to the featured artists on this project.

Being able to FINALLY put out a collaboration with the homie @pierremvono feels like an accomplishment in and of itself! lol The first time I saw dude perform, I was going on stage right after him, and I remember thinking “How tf am I supposed to follow that?!” Thank you for hopping on this project 🙏🏾 we can’t let this be the last one G 🔥

The INCREDIBLE – the LEGENDARY - @iamteafannie 🔥 I wish I had the ability to put into words how dope it was to hop on a track with you. Thank you for doing your THING on Chloe 🙏🏾 and like I said “anything you need, come and see me for the piece” 😤
..
To the dope musicians who played on this record, @keenanpezderic bringing the drums in for me on a couple of these joints; @bobafett89 bringing the bass to life on The H8 U Give. I appreciate you guys coming through and helping lift this thing up.

My man @bryangeoffrey , thank you for lending your ear to master this project, but thank you even more for putting up with all of my many adjustment requests 😭
..
My brudda and producer @millermatthews — thank you for lending your talents to this project; it’s crazy to think of where we started compared to where we’re at! That said, I can’t wait to see where we end up going 🙏🏾🙏🏾
..
@corrinaleah.art , thank you for putting so much feeling and power into the artwork and capturing the essence of the project 🎨💜
..
Thank you to @calgaryartsdev ! Their support gave me the opportunity to create a body of work that represents so many pieces of me.
..
But, most importantly, and in the most cliche way imaginable, thank YOU for listening. It’s easy for things to get lost in the noise today, so thank you for intentionally choosing to spend some time with me 🙏🏾💜
..
So, without further ado, I present to you, “I Spoke With Aunt Nancy” 🦂🌹

@arcprogram_bc !! THAT’S A WRAP! 💖

What an incredible time we had this past Thursday night rocking out at @anzaclub in Vancouver alongside so many talented new besties! It was such a treat to pile into my van with The Pricks starring: @reidgrooves @aaronpasacretamusic @damienalblas and make our way to the big city for this exciting event!

A HUGE shoutout to everyone who showed up, bought tickets, grabbed merch, and shared it with us. It was soo cool to be surprised by some old friends and to make some new ones. I hope you know that kind of support means the world to all of us artists there - as we know it’s hard times out there. So the effort really means a lot!

I want to give a massive thank you to @arcprogram_bc and @music_bc for including me in this year’s ARC program. It was so special to be part of and I’ve learned a ton about myself, my music, and what I want to keep building as I move forward. Most importantly, I’ve had the chance to connect with so many incredible people, and I’m leaving this experience feeling inspired, grateful, and excited for what’s to come!

I have some exciting announcements coming very soon but for now I’m going to simmer in this bliss.

Until next time Vancouver friends! Hopefully it won’t be too long until we return again.

A little behind-the-scenes from last week's @christmasarizona live soundtrack event in my hometown of Saskatoon + perogy night at one of my favourite YXE pubs bbecause you KNOW Sask perogies are the best in Canada! 😎

Thanks to @craigsenyk for helping us make this event possible, to everyone who came our first-ever public Christmas, Arizona event, and to all of the talented muscians that brought it to life. (Head over to the Christmas, Arizona Insta to see a TON of pics and some vid clips tooooo.)

Means A LOT to @z.enon and I. ❤️🥹

(And if you're still reading, if you swipe to the very end, you'll hear a little bit of the musical's opening number 😉)
