**Long Post Alert**
.
Hey 👋🏾 I’m Coach Mani
.
I just wanted to take a minute and tell you about me and my journey!
.
I am 27 years old, from Queens NY. I was always the thinnest person in my family and never had to worry about fitness and nutrition. .
But when I moved to San Antonio everything changed!! I gained so much weight eating Bill Miller’s breakfast tacos, I started taking 4hr naps and didn’t have energy for anything. I ended up being the heaviest I have ever been in my life 196lbs (I even remember to this day that when they asked me to weigh myself I took 2lbs off so it wouldn’t sound so bad..like that made a difference 🙄)
.
I decided to make a change and I ended up finding my nutrition Hit Nutrition and that’s where everything changed. Starting with just the environment alone made me want to be a part. I meat so many people that I call my family today. 💚
.
I got on a 3 day trial and those were the craziest 3 days of my life. I had my 1st ever panic attack from doing a workout (and last), mind you I hadn’t worked out in months!!! But I lost 7lbs I. 3 days! 😲
.
From there I didn’t care what it cost I had to get myself on a full plan! I knew from that day forward that things are going to change and I will be so much healthier and happier by doing this and being consistent and determined to never give up mad a world of a difference. .
Now I can proudly say I am ⬇️ a total of 42lbs and ⬆️ 14lbs in lean muscle💪🏾. And the results are only going to get BETTER. .
So I encourage you today to just take a chance on YOURSELF. Decide today that you want to have a different life and live longer. .
Message me Your Goals and we can put together a plan just for you. There is something for everyone. Lets get you started TODAY!!
