We are exceptionally proud of Linden Youth, who were selected to represent the West Midlands at U.Dance National Festival in Glasgow back in July!

Well done Linden Youth 2026, you blow us away! Enjoy them storming the stage with The Unspeakable World:

Inspired by the words of philosopher Alan Watts describing the importance of quietness and presence in the face of the chaos of the modern world. The Unspeakable World explores how important it is to appreciate our surroundings, rather than allow it to blur into what we think we already know, and that true joy and appreciation comes from letting go of what we think we know and allowing it to be.

Although it's already been a week, I still feel so utterly grateful to have won a special prize at UK Young Dancer!

Thank you so much @ukyoungdancer and @allenglanddance for such an eventful experience. It was wonderful to share this moment with old friends and new ones as well as be trained and judged by incredible industry professionals such as @mattcoledance, @matthewbourne13, @th0mascharles, @glenngraham, and @arlenephillips!

Thank you to @grahamschooldancetheatre for all of the support and guidance that has propelled me towards this achievement.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to the coordinators of the event as you create such a welcoming and relaxed environment for all of us.

For the first time in UKYD history, we are delighted to celebrate our Special Prize recipients! ✨

Congratulations to Theatre Finalist, @millie.w.prima (trained by @academytheatrearts), who was awarded an exclusive backstage tour of the historic @londoncoliseum, including a trip into the wig, makeup and wardrobe department, followed by a pair of tickets to see a show! 🎭🤍

A very exciting experience to learn about the background of this fantastic theatre - well done, Millie! 👏✨

With huge thanks to @londoncoliseum - this is a one of a kind, brilliant experience! 🥰

wow. 5 years have been and gone in what feels like no time, and here we are looking back on it all.

it's been an absolute pleasure to make memories with everyone, and I genuinely wish you all the best of success in the future.

i don't think I can properly put into words just how much the people I've met over these years have brightened my life and made school something i'll always look back on fondly. thank you for all the laughs, memories, and moments i'll never forget ❤️❤️
