I had my last Wembley Starlight Express show on the 4th of April
It was a very emotional night for me. I was first introduced to this musical in July of 2024, which was wonderful timing for my backpacking trip through the UK in August. I had the pleasure of watching the original cast 4 times during that journey. Little did I know the absolute grip that musical would have on my life.
It introduced me to some of my fav people and friends, taught me so much about myself, and allowed me to become who I am today. it I have met some of the most wonderful people.
I can't even imagine what my life would be like without this musical. Being neurodivergent, I have been consuming every element of this show I could possibly get my hands on, it has been in my brain 24/7, and is very much ingrained in my life now.

Last year, @glitterandgold.cos and I decided to do some duo cosplays to represent the handful of Aussie stex fans. We joked about saving to go see the show together before it closed. That joke quickly became reality as we spent 14 months working hard and saving to have the ability to not only see Wembley, but also to travel to Bochum. I got to see a further 17 shows at Wembley, and soon I shall dive into Bochum.

Pip, thank you for being my Electra, my train twink, and my best friend. Your energy and shenanigans have really made this trip so much more enjoyable. I look forward to the future chaos we shall inevitably cause
Thank you to any cast members who have interacted with me during a show, or have taken their time to visit stage door, answering my many questions. I appreciate your work so much, it really means the world to see you bring these characters to life.
And of course thank you to you, my wonderful friends ❤️ to everyone who I've met, talked, traded, or vibed with. And thank you to anyone who has bought my art at any stage. Thank you for making my journey to see Starlight Express incredibly magical. I cannot even think what it would be like without y'all. Shout out to @_lulou2002_ and @joolsb5 for our post show Macca's ritual, and for supporting me when I really need it. I'll miss you guys so much

I can’t believe it’s been almost one year since I started talking to @milliedavis0. I hope one day we can finally break the distance. She loves Sam and Caissie like I do, and she’s also just as much of a crackhead as I am. It’s thanks to our mutual admiration and love for @samanthabarks that we met.
I know you’re going to see this so I just wanted to say ilysm and I’m glad we met. Happy almost one year friendaversary. ❤️❤️❤️

Oh my goodness! I literally had a whole caption typed out, and Instagram went ahead and deleted it from my drafts so I’ve had to start all over again which is always annoying (especially since I tried to avoid this happening!) It’s classic Cinderella style, past midnight and late but oh well. We’ll just wing it. On this day, a year ago, @fletcherormson messaged me asking me if I wanted to be part of a Carrie Hope Fletcher fan group. And that’s how the Hopefuls group was formed. And I’m ever so grateful that it was! From this group, I’ve met some of my closest friends and made some of the best memories. Some honourable mentions include us all getting hyped up around Christmas time last year because of Vlogmas, we all rushed to see who’d inform the group of a new video being posted first. When I won Carrie’s VIP Cameo quiz by 1 point (thanks to Naomi and their mum!) When Giovanna was in I’m A Celeb and we all were messaging about who we thought was going to win. The Christmas and summer quizzes that we hosted (in true Carrie Hope Fletcher style) were a laugh. When Livi was trying to get Joanie to sponsor me because I buy from there all the time. Olivia trying to teach me origami which should’ve taken 5 minutes and in reality took me 3 hours. And it didn’t even turn out that good! There’s so much more that I could say, but I’ve gotta keep it brief as this text box is only small. We’ve gone through so much together. A global pandemic, lockdown where we turned to Olivia for answers and all practically attended the same school for 2/3 months, people coming and going from our group all the time. We’re so tight-knit though and it shows. You’re all so lovely and I’m so grateful to call you my best friends, I would say more but this text box won’t let me put what I originally wanted to so I’ll put that on my stories properly later on. But happy one year guys! I love you all. And thank you to @carriehopefletcher for bringing us together, because without you, we wouldn’t be friends ♥

Hi everyone! Hope you’re well! Today is @carriehopefletcher’s birthday. And this year, I’m actually in the fandom to post about it/celebrate it. So happy birthday Carrie. I hope your day is filled with SO MUCH love and happiness, as you deserve it. Thank you for inspiring myself (and all of the people in this video!) it honestly means the world. It’s almost been a year since I first met you in person, and honestly, I can’t believe it. You were (and still are) so lovely, and you could see I was feeling anxious so you helped and reassured me for.. probably one of the biggest moments of my life. So thank you. Sending you all the love and hugs, and don’t forget, to eat all of the cake! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! ♥
