here’s to ONE THOUSAND exhilarating go homes and adrenaline filled towels whips and the time I did five rides in a day, two of which were survivors (don’t do this). to the strength I’ve found that reaches far beyond any studio walls and the gratitude I feel for 1,000 opportunities to show up as my most unapologetic self, with people who inspire me to no end and have rooted their way into my heart forever. to the immense pride I have in the work I know it took to get here - balancing multiple jobs at a time and overcoming my lowest points and showing up even when it felt impossible because I believe in the person these spaces have helped me become and I know she’s worth taking care of.

here’s to the 31 instructors I’ve taken and every person I’ve had the honor of riding next to, the kindest and most amazing humans who have changed me and my life for the better.

here’s to “insane” things and recognizing they’re only crazy until they’re done. here’s to loving whatever you love loudly and refusing to live small and staying committed to a stronger and more joyful tomorrow and embracing feelings and places and connections that make us feel most alive. here’s to knowing it’s ALWAYS been more than a bike, and those who get it will get it. those who won’t don’t have to!
