Sunny week in gford ☀️❗️

We ran The London Marathon for the second time 🇬🇧🏁🏅🏃🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏻 (and this time Rafe was there! 😭)

It was so hot and we were so emotional, not the best combination for running 26.2 miles, in pure survival mode, never having run in a heat like that is crazy 🤣🤣🤣 (I’ve kept the sound on in the videos cos I’m complaining I’m hot and so thirsty in every one🤣) It definitely slowed us down and we woke up the next morning feeling deflated after all the hard work and training to feel like we could have done better, but this Marathon was not about PBs or the time we did it in, it was the journey it took us to get there. The fact that we have raised nearly £6000 for a small charity who are going to benefit from every penny of that money is the most important thing @ectopicpregnancy

A shout out to my amazing family and friends who were there on those difficult miles with orange slices, words of motivation, hugs and jelly babies! The crowd gets you through for sure! London Marathon it was emotional xxxxxxxxxxxxx
