Your bodybuilder split is building the wrong athlete. Chest day. Arm day. Shoulder day. It looks productive. The problem? Baseball doesn’t care about any of it. Baseball is a quick twitch, ground up, rotational sport. Every swing, every throw, every explosive first step — it all starts at the ground and moves through your hips. Isolating your biceps on a Tuesday does nothing for that. What actually moves the needle: → Core stability and strength → Posterior chain power and strength → Single-leg stability and strength → Rotational power med ball work and loaded carries Ditch the bro split. Save this. Send it to your teammate still doing arm day. They need it more than you do. #baseball #baseballtraining #hsbaseball #sportsperformance #baseballworkout
