It was my birthday! full of love
stretching up and outwards towards the sun~ growing and becoming in ways I didn’t know were possible - somehow it’s all more beautiful than I could have imagined
witnessing the eternal, discovering I’m in it, am it, have always been dancing with it
at every unfurling I’m in awe of what’s revealed, continuous light pouring in
past fears and selves transformed into a lush garden, softly tending
this is the fullest and most engaged with my experience I’ve ever been, reveling deeper in the profound and wonderful mystery with each day
Thank you to everyone who shares in love with me, it’s an honor to be here with you ❤️

**not pictured** @tomagotchi11 I love you so much my 🦋 rising ✨

A healthy work-life balance is crucial for your creativity. When we’re overworked and overstressed, it can be hard to do our best work. That’s why this April, in honor of stress awareness month, we’re taking the time to focus on the importance of balance.

Whether you’re a designer, creator, artist, writer, musician, or just someone who appreciates creativity, it’s essential to take a break from work and recharge your creative batteries. Take a moment to reflect on your work-life balance and find ways to prioritize your stress management.

What do you do to find balance and recharge your batteries?

This weekend was a blast, a busy first Friday into a cowboy emo night Saturday saying goodbye to a beloved bartender. Sometimes I don't think we can ever get enough of @the_bends
