As much as I LOVE our group sessions, I truly look forward to my 1-on-1 time with each teen and young adult. 😊

There's just something special about sitting down with a young person, listening to what’s really going on, encouraging them, speaking life into them, challenging them when needed, and reminding them of who God created them to be.

I had the great pleasure of spending time with Amelia (aka Mil) today. I was able to connect with her before heading off to college for her very first year in Oregon! 🎉🩷 Being able to speak life and encourage her on her next chapter is something I don't take lightly!

Group sessions are important, but sometimes the greatest impact happens in those individual conversations. 🥹🫂

I’m grateful for every opportunity to walk alongside these teens, not just to teach them, but to KNOW them, encourage them, and help them grow. 🙏🏽

This is why I do what I do. 💯 If you are looking for some 1 on 1 time for your teen or young adult through mentorship and/or coaching, let me know!! 😊🫶🏾
