“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” – Mahatma Gandhi

On the first FCW of the semester, Soror Parks, Soror King, and Soror Hawkins gave out Gift Bags to the student body as the school year freshly begins, full of opportunities, memories and great achievements ahead.

Acts of service like this remind us of the importance of giving back, spreading love, and supporting our campus community.

Thank you Sorors for all that you do! 🐢

Next on our agenda to continue our Sorors Soaring in the Summer series is to recognize our very own Delta Alpha Soror, Miracle King, who is a Spring 2025 initiate of our chapter at Savannah State University. 🌞

Working directly with a Fortune 500 company, while simultaneously dedicating her efforts to be a contributor to the education system, is exactly what we mean by holding up the standard of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated.

Thank you for setting the example of hard work and taking care of business outside of the 1929 realm. Keep working and not shirking! 🐢

I’ve been wanting to do this event since the beginning of the year! im so glad i got to share helpful tips at Bridge Your Heart With Their Mind. Here, I spoke about my experience with my disorders, had a special guest speak about her disorders, and had the attendees speak about their mental health experience. such a vulnerable and needed event😊💜
